Your fellowship experience
This isn’t a traditional training program, it’s a social learning space. Your real-world project drives your learning experience, supported by:
- Monthly small-group sessions with fellow social learning leaders to share a language about social learning leadership
- Monthly case clinics where each participant has the opportunity to present something they are struggling with and to ask the groupfor help.
- One-on-one coaching to accelerate your growth
- A culminating panel presentation to existing fellow to showcase your transformation and to be welcomed into the group.
